The conversation
Everything begins with you. You choose between a carefully crafted quiz and an open conversation, in your own words. Either takes just a few minutes, at your own pace, and there are no wrong answers.
We don't ask you to know anything about perfume, and we don't ask which notes you like. We want to learn who you are: how you enter a room, the hour of the day that is most you, the place that smells like you, the memory you leave behind.
Your portrait
From your answers, a portrait takes shape that belongs to you alone: your places, your energy, your contrasts, the way you stay in someone's memory. Every nuance matters, because every nuance becomes part of the perfume.
It isn't a test with right answers. It's our way of truly listening to you, and this portrait becomes the starting point of your formula.
The translation
Starting from your portrait, we shape your olfactory direction: the notes, the proportions, the balance between them. Every note has a reason, something of you: a place, an hour of the day, a way of being.
We work only with a palette of carefully verified raw materials, and every formula complies with European cosmetics regulations. Your direction is shaped once and remains yours.
The delivery ritual
Your formula is prepared and bottled with care, individually. Your perfume, an Extrait de Parfum of 50 ml, arrives carrying its own serial number, in a box that deserves to be opened slowly.
Inside, you'll find its story: what each note says about you, plus the QR code that opens your perfume's page at any time.

How long until I receive my perfume?
We start on your perfume right after you order: your formula is prepared and checked individually, then it leaves for you. It typically arrives within a few working days, and we confirm the exact timeline by e-mail.
How is it delivered?
By courier, anywhere in Romania, in protective packaging designed for fragile goods. You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
What if I don't like it?
As a product made exclusively for you, a personalised perfume is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Romanian law (Art. 16(c) of GEO no. 34/2014, implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive). That's exactly why we take such care at the start: we want to reach the right formula before we begin. And if anything is wrong with the product you receive, write to us and we'll find a solution.
Are the ingredients safe?
Yes. Every formula complies with the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC no. 1223/2009), and allergens are fully declared on the label and in your perfume's documentation. If you have known allergies, you can review the complete ingredient list before use.
Can I reorder my perfume?
Yes. Your formula is safely archived and can be recreated at any time, identically, under the same formula number. Your perfume never truly runs out.
Can I gift the same perfume to someone else?
Your formula belongs to you and stays associated with your profile. You can gift the ORYN experience: the person you love walks their own path and receives their own perfume, just as unique.
