Cosmetic compliance

ORYN perfumes are cosmetic products within the meaning of Regulation (EC) no. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products, and are created, assessed and labelled in accordance with it.

The responsible person, within the meaning of Art. 4 of the Regulation, is ORYN SRL, București, Str. Exemplu nr. 1, Sector 1. Each product is notified in the European CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) before being placed on the market, and every formula has a safety assessment report drawn up by a qualified assessor.

The label of every ORYN perfume complies with the requirements of Art. 19 of Regulation (EC) no. 1223/2009 and includes: the name and address of the responsible person, the nominal content (50 ml), the date of minimum durability or the period after opening (PAO), precautions for use, the manufacturing batch number, the function of the product and the list of ingredients.

The ingredient list uses the international INCI nomenclature, in descending order of the weight of the ingredients at the time they were added.

Fragrance substances recognised as contact allergens, listed in Annex III of the Regulation, are declared by name in the ingredient list whenever their concentration exceeds 0.001% in leave-on products, as is the case for perfumes.

Beyond the label, the complete list of your perfume's ingredients and allergens is included in the documentation accompanying the product and is available at any time on your perfume's online page. If you have known allergies, we recommend reviewing it before use.

Every ORYN bottle carries a batch number and your formula's unique number. We keep complete records of the composition of every batch produced: the ingredients used, their suppliers and the production date.

This traceability allows us to quickly identify and recall any batch in the unlikely event of a quality issue, and to make the Product Information File available to the competent authorities, in accordance with Art. 11 of the Regulation.

For external use only. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin. Avoid contact with the eyes; in case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Flammable product: keep away from heat sources, sparks and open flames. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.

In case of irritation or a skin reaction, stop using the product and consult a doctor, presenting the ingredient list that accompanies the product.

If you experience an undesirable effect that you associate with the use of an ORYN product, please write to us at contact@oryn.ro, mentioning the batch number on the label. Reports are recorded and handled in line with our cosmetovigilance obligations, and serious effects are notified to the competent authorities in accordance with Art. 23 of the Regulation.
