The website oryn.ro is operated by NEXT LVL YOUNG SRL, a Romanian legal entity with its registered office in Strada Păcii, Nr. 8, Plopeni, Județ Prahova, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J29/2512/2022, VAT ID 46743402 (hereinafter "ORYN", "we").

You can reach us at any time at hello@oryn.ro. By placing an order on this website you accept these terms and conditions, which form the contract between you and ORYN.

ORYN creates personalised perfumes (Extrait de Parfum, 50 ml) based on the information you provide during the onboarding process (quiz or guided conversation). Each perfume has a unique formula, composed exclusively for the customer who completed the process, and is identified by a unique serial number.

The product is made to your specifications and clearly personalised within the meaning of consumer protection legislation. The olfactory description, the perfume's story and the accompanying documentation are part of the ordered deliverable.

The onboarding conversation, when you choose it instead of the quiz, is held with an assistant based on artificial intelligence, which identifies itself as such from its first message. The data processed for this purpose and the processors involved are described in the Privacy Policy.

To order, you complete the onboarding process, confirm the resulting profile and complete the payment. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by e-mail, after successful processing of the payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified cases (for example, suspected fraud, objective impossibility of execution or obvious technical pricing errors). In such cases, any amounts paid are refunded in full.

Prices are set in euro (EUR) and displayed in the currency matching the website language: in euro (EUR) for the English version and in Romanian lei (RON) for the Romanian version. All prices include VAT. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

Payment is made online through the payment processor Stripe. ORYN does not store and has no access to your full card details; these are processed directly and exclusively by Stripe, under certified security conditions.

You can pay by card, from the credit in your account (see section 7), or both: credit covers what it covers and the difference is paid by card.

Delivery is made by courier, within Romania, to the address you indicate when placing the order. The estimated delivery time is a few working days from order confirmation, as each perfume is created and prepared individually. The exact timeline is confirmed to you by e-mail.

The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you when the product is handed over to you or to a person designated by you.

ORYN perfumes are made to the customer's specifications and clearly personalised. They are therefore exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Art. 16(c) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

This exemption is brought to your attention before you place the order, and by completing the order you confirm that you acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal for the personalised product.

The exemption does not affect your statutory rights regarding product conformity: if the product you receive is damaged, non-conforming or incorrect, contact us at hello@oryn.ro and we will remedy the situation through replacement or refund, as provided by law.

You can buy a gift code for any amount you choose, in multiples of 5, from 5 to 10,000. The code is issued in your name, emailed to you, and stays visible in your account. You hand it to the person you're giving it to. We don't send it to anyone on your behalf.

A code can be used once. Whoever adds it to their ORYN account turns the full amount into credit in that account; from that point the credit cannot be moved to another account. Credit goes towards a perfume order, in full or in part, and whatever is left stays in the account for a future order.

A code is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. The credit it becomes keeps the same deadline. After it expires, any unused amount can no longer be used and is not refunded.

Credit can only be used in the currency the code was bought in (lei on the Romanian version of the site, euro on the English one). We do not convert between currencies and we do not pay credit out in money.

The buyer may withdraw from the purchase of a code within 14 days of payment, as long as the code has not yet been used: the code itself is not a personalised good, so the exemption in section 6 does not apply to it. The amount is returned to the original payment instrument. Once a code has been used, the amount has become another person's credit and can no longer be refunded to the buyer.

If an order paid for (wholly or partly) with credit is refunded, the part paid from credit returns to the account as credit, not as money.

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the legislation in force. ORYN products are manufactured and labelled in accordance with Regulation (EC) no. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.

Perfumes contain concentrated fragrance substances which, in some people, may cause allergic reactions or individual sensitivities. The complete list of ingredients, including allergens declared in accordance with European standards, is included on the product label and in the documentation accompanying each perfume.

We recommend testing the product on a small area of skin before first use. In case of irritation, stop using the product and consult a doctor, presenting the ingredient list enclosed with the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORYN is not liable for allergic reactions or individual sensitivities, provided the product is conforming, correctly labelled and accompanied by its complete ingredient documentation. Nothing in these terms limits our liability in cases where the law does not permit such limitation.

Intellectual property rights over the ORYN brand, the website, its content and the formulas created belong to NEXT LVL YOUNG SRL.

However, we make this commitment to you: the formula created for you remains associated with your profile and can be recreated at your request.

ORYN is liable for direct damages caused through its fault, within the limits provided by law. We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure or by acts of third parties beyond our control (for example, courier delays), without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of Romania.

Before anything formal, write to us at hello@oryn.ro. Most situations are settled directly, in a single conversation.

As a consumer, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), Bd. Aviatorilor nr. 72, sector 1, Bucharest, anpc.ro.

You are also entitled to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR), governed by Directive 2013/11/EU and, in Romania, by Government Ordinance 38/2015 on the alternative resolution of disputes between consumers and traders. The ADR entity competent for disputes with ORYN is the alternative dispute resolution body within ANPC (anpc.ro/sal). The full list of ADR entities notified by the member states is published by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

Using ADR is voluntary and does not limit your right to go to court. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) is no longer available: Regulation (EU) 524/2013 was repealed and the platform was shut down in 2025.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time the order is placed. The date of the last update is displayed at the top of this document.
